Lease Agreement

Extra Charges:
 
There is not a cleaning charge if you leave the house as you found it otherwise it would be a $80.00 charge.
Linens and towels charge is $50.00 or, you can bring your own and avoid this fee.
Security Deposit is $200.  This amount is refundable as long as there is no damage.
 
Instructions on how to Reserve:
 
Read and fill out the Lease Agreement and hit submit and it will go directly to me.
Make sure and print a copy for yourself before you hit submit so you will know what you are responsible for when you check out.
 
To reserve send 1/2 the Total Amount Owed
Remainder 1/2 balance is required at least 2 weeks before your check in date.
 
Add into the total the $200.00 Security Deposit which is fully refundable after check out as long as there is no damage to the house. If you want the Linen or Cleaning Service please add this amount to the total also.
 
You can Pay by Credit Card by clicking on the Pay Pal link.
You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to use this option.
 
Payment can also be paid by Money Order or Cashiers check made out to

Please email me that you are sending payment so I can hold the dates for you.
 
Call or email me a couple days before your check in date for the lock box code to the house. The lock box is located on the door knob and you will just punch in the numbers and push down on the lever and the key is inside.
